Not to my knowledge... OTOH, much of the tuning work is not done in .jedrc
but in the various *.sl files inside the library (/JED_ROOT/lib).
(E.g. in my .jedrc I have the line
() = evalfile("gm.sl");
and in gm.sl I have my own emulation mode (kind of extended cua).
Even more modes can be found in the JMR (jed mode repository:
