jed limits

Dear John and jedies,

I wonder if there is a place (other than the source) where I can find about
jed's limits. 

Particularly I am interested in

  How many keymaps can be defined?  (I got problems above ca. 50)
  Is there a way to delete a keymap that is no longer used?
