Hm, that's because I use J. Larsen LaTeX mode file. Anyway...

No, no differences. diff test1 test2 outputs nothing (of course
test1 is indented file *before* indentation and test2 is the same file
after performing the command). I'll check it with original LaTeX mode
and send the results asap.
