new cssmode

The new cssmode (home.wtal.de/klaus/jed) has a tab-completion
dependant on current position (selector-range, keyword-range and
value-range). Values are expanded dependant on current keyword.
Pressing tab behind the keyword and colon will display all possible
values. The completion works stepwise; for example 'bo' will not
show all extensions of 'border' but only 'border' and 'bottom'.

Suggestions welcome.
