New JedABC release

Hello all,

yesterday I managed to sing a c' for the first time in my life. My teacher
was right, I'm really a tenor!

To celebrate the event, this morning I released version 1.10.0 of JedABC.
It's a great improvement over the previous version: it has menu entries
for all abc2midi (MIDI instrument list, too) and abcm2ps options, and for
most ABC features. It should make writing ABC files even simpler.

Users can get it from the usual place, http://abcplus.sourceforge.net.
Preconfigured self-extracting packages for Windows are provided.
