Switch-Case indentation

Hi, I'm new to both Jed and this list. I just need some people to
guide me where to find docs about my problem. In C mode, Jed aligns
switch and case like

switch (varname)
{
case: blah blah....

however I want it to be

switch (varname)
{
___case:

where '_' is a space

There were a few messages in this forum about C_Switch_Offset=3 or
something but I don't know how to use it. Where
does this go? .jedrc? Where can I find docs that teaches .jedrc
configuration from scratch?
