new sltabc and htmlks

Hello all,

the newest versions of sltabc.zip and htmlks.zip are 
downloadable from  http://home.wtal.de/klaus/jedks/.

sltabc is now a single selfcontained script file and
reuses some functions from htmlks.

sltabc is an addon for SLang mode with tab completion
for SLang buffers and SLang prompt.

I hope you will find it useful and you prefer the new versions.
