Ctrl-Z in the latest JED?

In the previous version of Jed I am using, version
0.99.12 ctrl-z allowed me to background a process
while in jed.  In 0.99.16 i cannot figure out how to
setup ctrl-z to this.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
