Hello
I've uploaded cal 1.11 to http://jedmodes.sf.net
- fixed sprintf problem
- fixed bug where cal.sl would redefine the dfa_callback of diary.sl
- new slsh replacement for the BSD calendar program (BSD calendar does not
like the European dd/mm/yyy format). This requires slsh (of course) and
the pcre module.
I'm thinking of adding an option to display a calendar in the ncal layout,
which looks like this:
Januari Februari Maart April
ma 5 12 19 26 2 9 16 23 1 8 15 22 29 5 12 19 26
di 6 13 20 27 3 10 17 24 2 9 16 23 30 6 13 20 27
wo 7 14 21 28 4 11 18 25 3 10 17 24 31 7 14 21 28
do 1 8 15 22 29 5 12 19 26 4 11 18 25 1 8 15 22 29
vr 2 9 16 23 30 6 13 20 27 5 12 19 26 2 9 16 23 30
za 3 10 17 24 31 7 14 21 28 6 13 20 27 3 10 17 24
zo 4 11 18 25 1 8 15 22 29 7 14 21 28 4 11 18 25
I sometimes see this layout here in the Netherlands, apparently the
advantage is that you can print the weekday names on the left and the
ISO week numbers on top. Emacs doesn't seem to have an option for it.
Would anyone prefer this layout?
