It seems to be a server problem at sourceforge. Jedmodes is not the only
project affected.

I submitted a support request tracking item (or whatever they call it), see

Hopefully it will be solved soon.

Another issue is the repeated spamming of the jed wiki by some evil script.
Maybe we need a simple password protection (easy to spot for normal users
but not for a spamming robot).
