a small patch for cua mode in jed-B0.9.17

Hi, 

   I found a small glich in the "new" cua mode. It tries to assing 'Key_Del'
to the function 'delete_cmd', but this function doesn't exists. Jed instead
defines the function 'delete_char_cmd', so I changed the setkey() to that
function.

The attached patch 'jed-B0.99-17-cua-use-delete_char_cmd.diff' does this
change, and remove a reference to 'delete_cmd' from the documentation.

I don't know if John regenerates all the txt documentation files before a
release, if not, 'jed-B0.99-17-cua-documentation.diff' patches also the file
libfuncs.txt.
