awk-mode in FRS

Hello,

I've uploaded the awk-mode into the sourceforge FRS.  You can find the link
at http://jedmodes.sf.net/mode/awk.

Making a File Release turns out to be a rather complicated and lengthy
process.  We should try to get permission to put our files in the web
space.
