xjed quiting on me

Hi I'm trying to use your program Portscan, but it wont work. If u do not reply 
on support question please just forgive me for disturbing you. Otherwise a reply 
would be nice :).

I use Red Hat linux 9

I type:

./usr/local/java/bin/java portScan

when I'm in the portscan directory.
then I got this message
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: portScanner
