And otherwise it calls SLns_Load_File_Hook.

Actually the SLang_Load_File_Hook is not defined in JED when compiled
with slang 2:

#if SLANG_VERSION < 10409
   SLang_Load_File_Hook = jed_load_file;
#else
   SLns_Load_File_Hook = jed_ns_load_file;

Autoloading a function in a namespace works fine here, so does
evalfile(file,namespace).  And get_slang_load_path still returns "".
