Test version of WJed unicode support

Hi, 

I have compiled jed-B0.99.17.95 patched for UTF-8 support (patch is in the
mail I send yesterday), and linked with Slang 2.0.0. The installer can be
found at the usual place: http://www.paneura.com/~dino/wjed.html.
