WJed installer fixed...

Hi,

I have uploaded a new wjed installer to
http://www.paneura.com/~dino/wjed.html, to fix the problems reported by Thei
(Thanks again!)

Now the module path is set in site.sl, and even if iconv module can't be
loaded for some reason, everything should work as before.

As a bonus, I have added the Marko's "Minibuffer LRU" patch. This is a
feature I always wanted, Thanks Marko!
