Or you could use the dict mode at http://jedmodes.sf.net/mode/dict

Dict.sl uses the socket module which hasn't been ported to Windows,
alternatively you could try the curl module - curl suppports the dict
protocol, and should work on Windows. Debian users don't even need to build
it, since it's packaged in package slang-curl.
