Searching in jed-B0.99-17.165 (UTF)

Hello,

while I can input special characters (german umlauts for example) in jed,
jed doesn't find them when searching.

For example there is an uppercase U umlaut in the text. When searching for
such a character, jed reports "A~<9C> not found" (A~ is one character in
this case).

Will that be fixed?
