new console-keys mode at Jedmodes

Dear Jed users,

recently my X system broke down which triggered the completion of some long
forgotten mode to enable additional keybindings on the Linux (maybe also
other Unix) konsole. See http://jedmodes.sf.net/mode/console_keys/

set_console_keys loads a new keymap with `loadkeys`, stores the current one
before and restores it at exit of Jed (via a hook).

Especially users of the cua mode and/or cuamark or wmark will greatly
benefit from this mode.
