Hi.

I updated the tokenlist mode. You can find the installation documentation
at JMR:

The most important changes:

*  _list_routines_hook renamed to _list_routines_done
* tokenlist_routine_setup_hook added
* Tokenlist_Operation_Type structure added
* definitions moved to tkl-modes.sl
* HTML documentation added
