Ann: New JLM r34 with read_with_description

Hi,

I've did only a little bug fixing and code beautification. But one new
thing I would not held back is the new function read_with_description().
It's a different way to prompt the user for a string. The difference is
it presents not only the completion but also a description of this.

It's first exertion is in cmd_prompt() (key ^cs) to use the descriptions
collected with the cmd_add() function. Simply type ^cs and hit TAB. Then
type "fra" and hit TAB again. You should see this completion list:

frac                   -- Fraction [math]
mathfrak               -- Fraktur font in math mode
nicefrac               -- typeset fraction with a slash
unitfrac               --

On the left the possible completions and on the right what it is.

read_with_description() is in a separate file and can be used by other
modes. You have to download it from
http://www.minet.uni-jena.de/~joergs/jed/ with the other files.
