[jed] popup menu for dispatch

Folk,
  is jed possible make popup menu for self dispatch, I've found jedmodes with menutils but I've no idea how to use it, maybe I'm confuse the menutils usage,
  I want to make the simple popup menu invoke by F1 for example which dispatch the own code may be for different comments insert for code for example (most like recent file list) for selection

select "foo block" invoke self routine as example
