Hi,
is it somehow possible to detect a change of the buffer content? The
modified flag doesn't help, because the modified flag doesn't change, if
the buffer changes.
I want to implement caching of function calls to improve the performance
of my LaTeX mode. Therefore, I must know if something has changed since
the last call. Is this possible?
I found no hook for this. For a before_key_hook it's impossible to detect
what it does and another hook doesn't sound usable.
Bye, Jörg.
