I've noticed an annoyance which should be easy to fix...
If I have multiple views of the same buffer visible, (say while looking at
a local function and it's callers) and end up calling cap_region to
capitalize a word in one of them, (lets say while correcting foobar to
fooBar) all the views get dragged to that location.
This doesn't happen if I make something all caps or all lower, because
it's using a different builtin mechanism. So what causes this in
cap_region? Is it a side effect of the narrow_to_region/widen_region
bracketing or something else?
It's rather annoying to arbitrarily lose your place when you're doing a
complex editing job and using multiple views to keep things straight...
