The snapshot is updated only when the version in the repository has
changed.  The current version in the repository is pre0.99.19-185,
which is also the version that is on the snapshots page
<http://www.jedsoft.org/snapshots/>.  I have other changes in my
development version that I have not yet committed to the repository.
