They're for scrolling into window (I can do that with *PgUp* and *PgDn*),
but I want it for split windows:

% Navigate on windows
setkey("other_window", Key_Alt_Up);
setkey("other_window", Key_Alt_Down);

A non-elegant solution but works fine for me :P
