setkey("goto_top_of_page", Key_Ctrl_Home);
Works with xjed (and maybe some terminal emulations or the console) and a
correctly defined goto_top_of_page() function...
If it does not for your terminal emulator but you know the correct
key-combo, you can also re-define the variable:
require("keydefs"); % symbolic keynames
#ifndef XWINDOWS
Key_Ctrl_Home = "the key string";
#endif
setkey("goto_top_of_page", Key_Ctrl_Home);
