Correction: it is site.sl
Meanwhile I have found --help :-}
But -h is still missing.
Modifing command_line_hook() to:
if (__argv[i] == "--help" or __argv[i] == "-help" or __argv[i] == "-h")
() = evalfile ("jedusage");
does not work: I still get a buffer named "-h" and no usage.
