[jed-users] Bug report: xform_region('x') fails

The help of xform_region() says, that xform_region('x') should change the
case of a region.
But it fails if the region is all lowercase and an uppercase character
follows immediatelly. Example:  "lowercaseUppercase"
                                 ^^^^^^^^^
                                 [region]

The inverse, transforming uppercase to lowercase, works as expected.
