[jed-users] Jedmodes repository functional again.

Dear Jed users,

it's now some years, that the Sourceforge stopped supporting CVS
repositories and individual mode sources and their history could no longer
be accessed via jedmodes.sf.net/mode.

Now I finally managed to convert the CVS repository to Git and adapt the
catalogue sites, so that it works again.
