[jed-users] Wrong usage name in documentation of the whatbuf function

Dear JED developers,

In the Debian package for JED, we are applying the patch attached to this 
message, which fixes the USAGE name for the whatbuf function in file 
doc/hlp/jedfuns.hlp.

Please, consider integrating this change in the next release tarball.
