[jed-users] Manjaro AUR build failure

    <p>All,</p>
    <p>Just passing this along. Installed latest Manjaro Cinnamon on my
      HP z820. (Yes, it is old, but with 20-core and 128GB of RAM it can
      do a full from scratch Yocto build in under 3.5 hours.) Tried to
      install Jed from AUR.</p>

    <p>I'm guessing, like most other place connected to the Internet
      they've disabled ftp in favor if sftp or other more secure file
      transfer. <br>
    </p>
    <p>Just passing along. I don't know if anyone even maintains that
      AUR package. Will try again in a few days on the outside chance
      space.mit.edu just happened to be down for maintenance but ftp is
      quickly becoming a thing of the past.<br>
