[slang-devel] Remove top-level Makefile from the slsqlite tarball

Dear S-Lang developers,

In the next release of slslqite, please remove the top-level file 
Makefile from the tarball. This file is automatically generated by the 
configure script, anyway.  Its presence interferes with the automatic 
building of the Debian package, cf 
https://buildd.debian.org/status/fetch.php?pkg=slsqlite&arch=amd64&ver=0.6.2-1&stamp=1638463422&raw=0
