SLang VC++ 6.0 Project now available

Hi All,

I put together a VC6 project to build a win32 native static library and the slsh shell.  Be advised I have not excercised every function so something may not work (wouldn't surprise me).  But 'hello world' works.

Also there is a Emacs helper mode that I gen'd up from the Tcl mode for Emacs.
