If the terminfo file indicates that the terminal is color, slang will
enable color support.   There should be no need to "force" anything.

If there is no terminfo file appropriate for the terminal, slang will
fall back on a set of minimal hard-coded defaults, which may not
support color.  The next release of slang will provide the application
with a way of exiting if the terminfo could not be found.
