New slang mailing list created

I am pleased to announce that a new "slang-users" mailing list has
been setup at jedsoft.org.  The new list is to replace the current
"slang-workers" mailing list and offers features such as publically
accessible mailing list archives.

additional information about the new list such as how to subscribe.

Posting to the list is limited to subscribers.
