Changes since 4.9.5
0. src/*.c: Various changes to support slang 2.  Version bumped to
   4.10.0.  UTF-8 support not yet available.
1. src/keym.c: Ignore mouse events under DOS/Windows (Gisle Vanem,
   giva at bgnett, no).
