Hi Ben,

Interesting. I see that 'db*' is fairly generic, in that it uses an external DDL
to define the data structure and relationships.  But this will need to be tied
back to the S-Lang app code, i.e. they have to match right?

Perhaps part of the design is a DataModeler, whose output is an S-Lang interface
 script and the DDL for db*.

(app) -> generic data interface -> 
datamodel s-lang interface -> datamodel ddl -> db*


Writing a module for db* doesn't look too hard.
