Look at the readline code in slsh, and also look at at
slang/demo/pager.c and slang/demo/keypad.c for examples of the keypad
interface. Finally, you may find it useful to look at
ftp://space.mit.edu/pub/davis/slang/Unsupported/slwdg.tar.gz
This implements a number of "text-widgets" with multiple
readline instances. It is unlikely that it will compile with slang2,
but should work fine with slang1.
Good luck,
