[slang-users] GSL and histogram modules updated

Hi,

I updated the GNU Scientific Library (GSL) and histogram modules to
support slang-2.  Support was also added to the GSL module for FFTs
and the GSL cumulative distribution functions and probability
distribution functions were also wrapped.  See
