[slang-users] slang-doc tarball missing

I noticed that the documentation tarball for slang-2, which is mentioned 
in doc/README is not available at the FTP site. I would really like to
have this, to avoid generating the documentaiton myself - I seem to have 
some trouble with my documentation toolchain right now.
