Jeff Duntemann's editor and my editor are totally distinct. Apparantly
he has renamed his editor to "nasmide", which you can find at
http://www.inglenook.co.uk/nasmide/.

For what its worth, I learned pascal from one of Duntemann's books.
He is a wonderful writer.
