Yes. Right now my tmexpand jed-script requires some features that are
only in jed-0.99-17. Of course, once 0.9917 is released, I can make
tmexpand available.

Of course my preference is for tm, although others may prefer
something else. The advantage of tm is that it may be used to produce
that "something else" as its target language.
