Well, I have removed my install of jed and am attempting to compile
jed-0.99-16.  

I consistently get errors after the first uncommented line in
src/jed-feat.h, ie:
  jed-0.99-16/src/jed-feat.h:7: error: parse error before "JED_FEATURES_H"

I have _no_ idea.  All help appreciated.
