List_routines() is in tokenlist.sl - it's a function for listing
the routines in a buffer. You can probably find versions on Dino's
and Marko's websites. BTW you can do something similar with pcre.sl
on http://jedmodes.sf.net/mode/pcre: simply do a pcre-occur on
"^(import|from|class|def)[ \t]". That requires JED 0.99-17.

You should use the noframes version, the frames version is not
maintained.
