- Subject: defaults.sl and lib search path

Supposed Jed starts in a directory where a file named defaults.sl
is present. I experienced Jed tries to execute this file and leaves
me in an erroneous state, no chance to edit any file from within
such a directory. Is this behaviour 'normal' or is something broken
with my installation?
Looking again into site.sl it seems the dot symbol for current
directory is appended to the jed_lib search path and forces
this way the execution of defaults.sl -- as well as other files --
in the current working directory whenever the file is missed in
the lib directory.
Wouldn't it be better to transfer the appending of the dot
as an optional feature to jed.rc?
