I updated my web pages to point to the latter URL.  I also would like
to thank Klaus for this service.

FWIW, I noticed that the wiki was hacked again.  I changed name of the
link in an effort to disguise the "wiki-nature" of the link.  If the
spammers hack the wiki again, I will have to go to a password
protected page.
