Formatting a multiline comment

Hi!

I'm pretty new to jed. I would like to format multiline comments.

For example, in python:

  # this is
  # a
  #comment

would be formatted to something like:

  # this is a comment

It seems as if comments.el doesn't provide this function. Is there another
module which does provide it?
