Get subpar.sl from http://jedmodes.sf.net/mode/subpar and add something
like this to .jedrc:
set_comment_info ("python", "#", "", 0);
autoload("par", "subpar.sl");
setkey("par", "\ep");
Restart JED, press M-p, done.
