Buffer Menu (Toggle <-> Change Buffer)

Hi,

I have a highly selfish suggestion: could the entries in the buffer menu be
rearranged so that "Change Buffer" is topmost again? I have really become
used to hitting (Alt-B, enter) to change buffers. This is of course bad
behaviour, as getting used to (Alt-B, C) would have been bulletproof, but... 

Before anyone talks about ergonomics: both combinations are about as fast on
my keyboard (http://kisocd.sf.net/kbd.htm).
